2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients wishing to cancel a booking must do so in writing via email to contactus@pilotvishank.com. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the service time are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellation by Pilot Vishank Global Consultants: Pilot Vishank Global Consultants reserves the right to cancel any service at its discretion. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2.3 No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled service without providing prior cancellation notice will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for any refund.
2.4 Force Majeure: In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government regulations, Pilot Vishank Global Consultants reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
